In Honor of Wesley's First Birthday- Wesley's Eighth Month Mar. 15- Apr. 14, 2009

Wesley's Eighth month was pretty eventful. He celebrated his first St. Patrick's Day and first Easter. He went to the Caldwell Zoo in Tyler and the park for the first time.

We didn't get an eighth month picture. But, he was 17 pounds, 8 ounces and 26 inches this month. Two more top teeth came through this month for a total of six teeth. And, he said DaDa March 23rd!! He's growing so fast!

In Honor of Wesley's Birthday- Wesley's Seventh Month Feb. 15- Mar. 14, 2009

It seemed that Wesley reached his seventh month extremely quick. This month was pretty laid-back. I had quit work before Thanksgiving to spend more time with Wesley and was loving every second of it. So, it was just the two of us a lot due to Jud having to work games with the school.

"Can't I get away from the camera in the bath, at least??" He had outgrown his baby tub, so we bathed him in the sink!!

Wesley was 16 pounds, 8 ounces and 26 inches this month. He had his first whole weekend stay at his NaNa's and PopPop's house this month also. He was there on the 14th, so we waited until St. Patrick's Day on the 17th to take his one month picture.

In Honor of Wesley's First Birthday!- Wesley's Sixth Month Jan. 15- Feb. 14, 2009

Wesley's sixth month was pretty relaxed for the most part. He had his first stay in a hotel when the three of us stayed with NaNa and PopPop at the Horseshoe the night before NaNa's surgery. Wesley also spent his first Valentine's Day sick with a stomach virus.

We didn't get a true sixth month picture due to Wesley being sick. But, this picture was taken Feb. 11, so we're using this one.

At his sixth month checkup, he was 15 pounds, 8 ounces and 26 inches. We also began to switch over to Stage 2 foods this month. His top two teeth came through this month for a total of four!

Like I said, this was a very calm month.

In Honor of Wesley's First Birthday!- Wesley's Fifth Month Dec. 15, 2008- Jan. 14, 2009

Here it is!! Wesley's Fifth Month!! Talk about a busy month! Wesley got to celebrate Christmas three separate times! Talk about a lucky kid! He first celebrated it on Saturday, December 20 with all of the extended family on my side.

He also began to eat baby fruits and vegetables! He really disliked Green Beans! But, loved green peas, carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, applesauce, bananas, peaches and pears.
