Hometown Football!
In Texas, there is nothing that is loved more than high school football, at least in East Texas. Even in a small 1A school like the one that my husband works as the school police officer. As the school police officer, he has to be at EVERY sporting event the school has. That being the case, Wesley and I don't see as much of Jud as we'd like to during the year, so we end up going to some of the home games just to spend a few more precious minutes with him. I believe this game was against Garrison.
This is Wesley with his "girlfriend" Bayla. Her daddy is one of the coaches at the school where Jud works and Jud's twin-sister, Jamye, baby-sits her. I sometimes get to baby-sit her when Jamye has to take a sick day or when she goes on vacation!
And, here is Wesley cheering for our Dragons!! (If you notice that Wesley has a stamp on both arms, the lady at the gate stamped one and he HAD to have the other stamped too!!)

The other team's band!
And, part of our band!
Our Dance-line!
And, our band again!
The set-up just before the end of half-time!
And, after the guys came through.
We ended up leaving just after half-time. It was getting cool and Wes was getting hungry. So, we ran through McDonald's and went to Nana and Pop-Pop's! Here is Wesley with his Pop-Pop!
Yep, he loves his Pop-Pop!!
We had a great night out and got to spend an extra few minutes with Jud!!
