We found out that I was pregnant November 30, 2007 and that our child would be due August 3, 2008! We were extremely excited! Then, we found out on March 27, 2008 (the day after my birthday) that our precious baby was a BOY!! We had already picked out a name for a boy or girl, so we knew he would be our Wesley Neal! He was born August 14, 2008, a happy, healthy 7 lb, 7 3/4 oz. and 21 inch baby boy!! This is a slide show that I put together for Wesley for his first birthday!
He has grown up sooo much since then! Our sweet boy turned two in August and we love him more today than we did the day we found out that I was pregnant! We have enjoyed watching Wesley go from taking a couple of steps from one person to the next, to walking down the hall all by himself (while at the hotel for Jud's class at 15 months)!!
He already loves a computer just like his Daddy!
Wesley can go to sleep ANYWHERE!
And, he loves Happy Meals!
He is great at helping clean up!
Our poor baby suffers from allergies pretty bad.
He loves his puppy, Summer!
He enjoys "playing" XBOX with his Daddy!
He enjoys helping (even if it's just crushing boxes)!
He makes some really funny faces!
He loves Popcorn.
He really likes Alligators and Gator 911!
He hates sand!
He loved eating Oreos for the first time with his buddy, Jeremiah!
He can act really, really silly!
He loves chips.
He adores his two older cousins, Ella and Gracie!
He can make any of us feel like a child again!
He looks like a perfect angel when he sleeps!
He loves his Daddy's Sweet Tea!
He loves playing with cars and trucks.
He likes to read just like I do!
And, he loves to ride four-wheelers with his Daddy!
He likes football, especially our Shelbyville Dragons and Dallas Cowboys!
He already has a "girlfriend!"
He loves his little cousin, Carter!
And, he loves his PopPop!
Wesley is the sweetest child that I have ever met. He loves hugs and kisses. He looks up to his Daddy! He doesn't talk a lot, but he can say a good number of words. He loves watching TV with his Daddy. He is always full of energy. He goes to bed and down for a nap without a problem, and has slept through the night almost every night since he was about a month and a half old. He loves going to his PopPop's and his Nana and PopPop's. He is seldom unhappy and loves to grin and laugh!! He is the best baby that we could have ever asked for. Wesley is an tremendous blessing in our lives and we love him VERY, VERY much!!Morgan and I hope you will join us in Tell Me About It Tuesdays! Next week we'll be introducing our Pets!!
